This Word is the Word of God.
God is the One who can create something out of nothing.
We receive life and miracles in our lives this morning.
John 4:6-7 NLT
Jacob’s well was there; and Jesus, tired from the long walk, sat wearily beside the well about noontime. Soon a Samaritan woman came to draw water, and Jesus said to her, “Please give me a drink.”
Jesus had to walk during that time. He walked a long way to Samaritan about noontime.
John 4:8-9 NLT
He was alone at the time because his disciples had gone into the village to buy some food.
The woman was surprised, for Jews refuse to have anything to do with Samaritans.
She said to Jesus, “You are a Jew, and I am a Samaritan woman. Why are you asking me for a drink?”
John 4:10
Jesus answered, "If you knew the generosity of God and who I am, you would be asking me for a drink, and I would give you fresh, living water."
God wants us to know He is a generous God. He is a Giver. He gives without thinking.
He wants us to continue to know Him. Not the One who come and take from us, especially during tithing. He wants to give to us more than we want to give to Him.
He wants us to receive limitless blessing from the very act that comes from the heart of the Father.
God is not only good. He is generous.
Know how generous God is.
John 4:11-12
The woman said, "Sir, you don't even have a bucket to draw with, and this well is deep. So how are you going to get this 'living water'? Are you a better man than our ancestor Jacob, who dug this well and drank from it, he and his sons and livestock, and passed it down to us?"
Well -
A hole in the ground
Is a lot hard work to dig well. In order to get water for our physical.
John 4:13-14 MSG
Jesus said, "Everyone who drinks this water will get thirsty again and again. Anyone who drinks the water I give will never thirst—not ever. The water I give will be an artesian spring within, gushing fountains of endless life."
anyone who drinks the water He gives, will never ever thirst
John 4:14
But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
Well -
Spring, source of supply
Source or supply (of water, blood, enjoyment) - fountain, well
Fountain
The source from which something proceeds or is supplied.
Spring
Opening at or near the surface of the earth for the discharge of water from underground sources.
A spring is natural discharge point of subterranean water at the surface of the ground
John 4:15-16
The woman said, "Sir, give me this water so I won't ever get thirsty, won't ever have to come back to this well again!"
He said, "Go call your husband and then come back."
This well is her source/supply
She has to come back to the source/well to drink.
Our source was natural from our work.
When something happen to the source, supply is cut off. We are willing to let our boss to treat us in any way because we think our source n supply is from our work.
John 4:17-18
"I have no husband," she said.
"That's nicely put: 'I have no husband.' You've had five husbands, and the man you're living with now isn't even your husband. You spoke the truth there, sure enough."
Jesus was introducing the generous God to her.
The God who knew everything about her.
John 4:19-24
"Oh, so you're a prophet! Well, tell me this: Our ancestors worshiped God at this mountain, but you Jews insist that Jerusalem is the only place for worship, right?"
"Believe me, woman, the time is coming when you Samaritans will worship the Father neither here at this mountain nor there in Jerusalem. You worship guessing in the dark; we Jews worship in the clear light of day. God's way of salvation is made available through the Jews. But the time is coming—it has, in fact, come—when what you're called will not matter and where you go to worship will not matter.
"It's who you are and the way you live that count before God. Your worship must engage your spirit in the pursuit of truth. That's the kind of people the Father is out looking for: those who are simply and honestly themselves before him in their worship. God is sheer being itself—Spirit. Those who worship him must do it out of their very being, their spirits, their true selves, in adoration."
She now sees Jesus as a prophet
We need the Holy Spirit to show who God is.
Worship Him in the spirit and not the glamour. Sing and worship with our heart.
God is spirit.
Worship Him in the spirit and heart.
Our smile comes from the heart. We have a Father and not orphan.
John 4:23
But the time is coming—it has, in fact, come—when what you're called will not matter and where you go to worship will not matter.
"It's who you are and the way you live that count before God. Your worship must engage your spirit in the pursuit of truth. That's the kind of people the Father is out looking for: those who are simply and honestly themselves before him in their worship.
John 4:25-26
The woman said, "I don't know about that. I do know that the Messiah is coming. When he arrives, we'll get the whole story."
"I am he," said Jesus. "You don't have to wait any longer or look any further."
Jesus tells you, “I AM HE”
I am your Source.
He wants us to see Him as Source. Not our children, bosses or anyone else.
We need to have a Source. Jesus knew what she was looking for in life.
Everyone look for the same thing. We look for love and financial security.
Jesus gives us healing, health, that which money cannot buy
Are we still looking somewhere for the source and supply?
John 4:27-30
Just then his disciples came back. They were shocked. They couldn't believe he was talking with that kind of a woman. No one said what they were all thinking, but their faces showed it.
The woman took the hint and left. In her confusion she left her water pot. Back in the village she told the people, "Come see a man who knew all about the things I did, who knows me inside and out. Do you think this could be the Messiah?" And they went out to see for themselves.
Jesus teaches them how God thinks.
Holy spirit knows our thoughts.
We think of the lost souls that Jesus died for. The way Jesus see them with the eyes of love.
Go out and tell others. She did not even need Jesus to say go and tell others.
Jesus knew all about her and did not condemn her
2 Corinthians 5:14-15
Christ's love has moved me to such extremes. His love has the first and last word in everything we do.
A NEW LIFE
Our firm decision is to work from this focused center: One man died for everyone. That puts everyone in the same boat. He included everyone in his death so that everyone could also be included in his life, a resurrection life, a far better life than people ever lived on their own.
2 Corinthians 5:16-19 MSG
Because of this decision we don't evaluate people by what they have or how they look. We looked at the Messiah that way once and got it all wrong, as you know. We certainly don't look at him that way anymore. Now we look inside, and what we see is that anyone united with the Messiah gets a fresh start, is created new. The old life is gone; a new life burgeons! Look at it! All this comes from the God who settled the relationship between us and him, and then called us to settle our relationships with each other. God put the world square with himself through the Messiah, giving the world a fresh start by offering forgiveness of sins. God has given us the task of telling everyone what he is doing.
Holy Spirit wants us to look at Jesus a different way. Not as a religion. He is our Source. When we drink of the living water, we are not thirsty anymore.
2 Corinthians 5:17
Now we look inside, and what we see is that anyone united with the Messiah gets a fresh start, is created new. The old life is gone; a new life burgeons! Look at it!
2 Corinthians 5:18-19
All this comes from the God who settled the relationship between us and him, and then called us to settle our relationships with each other. God put the world square with himself through the Messiah, giving the world a fresh start by offering forgiveness of sins. God has given us the task of telling everyone what he is doing.
Jesus never says what is wrong with you.
He knows how hard our lives.
He knows every details.
He knows inside out.
He becomes the Source and He is the fountain flowing.
Whatever we desire, ask of Him
To God there is no limit. See Him as our Source.
He is in control. He is our Source. He will not run out of supply.
See Him as our Source and supply. Up to our grey hair, He will carry you.
Philippians 3:8 TPT
To truly know him meant letting go of everything from my past and throwing all my boasting on the garbage heap. It’s all like a pile of manure to me now, so that I may be enriched in the reality of knowing Jesus Christ and embrace him as Lord in all of his greatness
Jesus becomes the source of our lives. Come and see this Man who knows everything of our lives and He never condemn us.
All purpose of getting saved is to know Jesus Christ as the One who loves us and want to be our Source and supply!
Know Him. This wonderful Person. Adore Him for who He really is.
At the time when we don’t have faith, is His faithfulness to us. Run to Him first before anything else. The righteousness that comes from God.
Running into the abundance. He does not want to see us in pain or in lack.
Our bodies and spirit has been born again.
Know Him through His work.
I don’t depend on my own strength.
He supplies grace to us.
Philippians 3:13 TPT
I don’t depend on my own strength to accomplish this; however I do have one compelling focus: I forget all of the past as I fasten my heart to the future instead.
Philippians 3:14 TPT
I run straight for the divine invitation of reaching the heavenly goal and gaining the victory-prize through the anointing of Jesus
This life and this earth will not last forever. Put your treasure in heavenly.
Philippians 4:18-19 AMP
But I have received everything in full and more; I am amply supplied, having received from Epaphroditus the gifts you sent me. They are the fragrant aroma of an offering, an acceptable sacrifice which God welcomes and in which He delights. 19 And my God will liberally supply (fill until full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Our source and supply will literally supply (FILL until FULL) your EVERY NEED according to HIS RICHES IN GLORY in Christ Jesus.
Your Father wants to take care of you.
It is not trust ourselves. Jesus come and tell us, trust Him.
All His children who trusted Him in their lives has never seen Him fail them before.

Philippians 4:18-19
And now I have it all—and keep getting more! The gifts you sent with Epaphroditus were more than enough, like a sweet-smelling sacrifice roasting on the altar, filling the air with fragrance, pleasing God no end. You can be sure that God will take care of everything you need, his generosity exceeding even yours in the glory that pours from Jesus.
We can inherit the blessings because of the Holy Spirit
You cannot but flourish
Our soul contains our past
Our spirit contains our future
We can decide now which direction we want to GO.
Philippians 4:6-7 MSG
Don't fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God's wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It's wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.
Wonderful thing happening
Worry is when we are depending on something that can be shaken
Jesus becomes the centre of your life. Not just a song.
It is WONDERFUL what HAPPENS when CHRIST DISPLACES WORRY at the CENTER of your LIFE
What is the center of your life?
Let it go. It is unstable. It is unreliable.
Whatever we can see with our physical eyes is temporal.
By His stripe we are healed. We get provided for.
My source of health, healing, provision, righteousness is Jesus
Wonderful things are going to happen.
Let miracle and wonderful things happen to us.
Jesus, Holy Spirit, open our eyes to see Him as our supply.
