God don’t recognise any other righteousness that can wash away our sins.

No standing means we are under the devil. When we have standing, the devil is under our feet.

We think we have done everything. We think we have done all the charity and can get achieve our own righteousness.

What can cover sin and remove sin is only the robe of righteousness (also a cloth)

We use self righteousness to cover sin when we try to use the law.

God’s righteousness is to conditioned us to be right with God.

Right in our own doing. This is cloth from dirty and sinful blood

When we wear this robe of righteousness, He don’t see us in the sin anymore.

As He is, so are we in this world! This is so powerful.

2 TYPES OF RELATIONSHIPS

1. YOU AND GOD (Vertical Relationship)

JOHN 1:16 AMP

For out of His fullness [the superabundance of HIS GRACE and TRUTH] we have all RECEIVED GRACE upon GRACE [spiritual BLESSING upon spiritual BLESSING, FAVOR upon FAVOR, and GIFT heaped upon GIFT].

JOHN 1:17 AMP

For the Law was given through Moses, but GRACE [the unearned, undeserved favor of God] and truth CAME through Jesus Christ.

To come into existence

Grace will cause you to become like someone.

Strong's Definition: to CAUSE TO BE ("gen"-erate), that is, to become (come into being): - arise be assembled, be (come, -fall, -have self), be brought (to pass), (be) come (to pass), continue, be divided, be done, draw, be ended, fall, be finished, follow, be found, be fulfilled, + God forbid, grow, happen, have, be kept, be made, be married, be ordained to be, partake, pass, be performed, be published, require, seem, be showed, X soon as it was, sound, be taken, be turned, use, wax, will, would, be wrought.

Undeserved. Does the “by the grace of God” cause a transformation in the person’s life?

Understanding of grace requires our understanding of our unworthiness

What Grace is Not?

Grace is not trying to be good

Grace is not how much you heard grace message

What Grace is?

Grace is Jesus inside us.

Their transformation to become like Christ

Become like Christ. How Christ would live in every situation of life.

It is the life of Jesus that He lives.

It is not pointing to ourselves

You have become like Christ

The before and after of receiving.

Receiving is experience.

Grace is an experience.

Grace cause you to realise how without Him we cannot. We don’t deserve it yet He did it for us.

It brings us to a place of deep gratitude

When you receive grace, you know it is amazing. It has nothing to do with our own effort. Forever we are so grateful to Him.

You began to see a good good God.

You experience it yourself. You know you don’t deserve it.

It is unmerited and you cannot boast you did something about it.

Experiencing grace, the gratitude is very deep

EPHESIANS 2:1-2 AMP

And you [He made alive when you] were [spiritually] dead and SEPARATED FROM HIM because of your transgressions and sins, in which you once walked.

You were following the ways of this world [influenced by this present age], in accordance with the prince of the power of the air (Satan), the spirit who is now at work in the disobedient [the unbelieving, who fight against the purposes of God].

You and God.

Have you felt a kind of separation

You felt God is really far away

When we do something wrong, we realised it, if we don’t understand grace, the feeling that God is far far away automatically come in. This is based on standing.

We feel we can be close with God is when we feel we are in right standing

We have so much self righteousness

All of us once follow the ways of this world

We need to come out from the world system. Renew our minds.

EPHESIANS 2:3 AMP

Among these [unbelievers] we all once lived in the passions of our flesh [our behavior governed by the sinful self], indulging the desires of human nature [without the Holy Spirit] and [the impulses] of the [sinful] mind.

We were, by nature, children [under the sentence] of [God’s] wrath, just like the rest [of mankind].

EPHESIANS 2:4-5 AMP

But God, being [so very] rich in mercy, because of His great and wonderful love with which He loved us,

even when we were [spiritually] dead and SEPARATED FROM HIM because of our sins,

He made us [spiritually] alive TOGETHER with Christ (for by HIS GRACE—His undeserved favor and mercy—you have been saved from God’s judgment).

Why Jesus has to go and die?

When a person receive His amazing grace, he or she is totally transformed.

The healing and blessing of God

EPHESIANS 2:6-7 AMP

And He raised us up together with Him [when we believed], and SEATED US WITH HIM in the heavenly places, [because we are] in Christ Jesus,

[and He did this] so that in the ages to come He might [clearly] show the immeasurable and unsurpassed RICHES of HIS GRACE in [His] kindness toward us in Christ Jesus [by providing for our redemption].

What kind of life did Jesus give us?

Because of our sins we must die. To be forever separated from Him and to go to hell which was not created for us.

This is what salvation is.

No one will be able to stand the right throne judgement

He gives us a place of siting.

Where you are seated is indication of your status

Jesus sit us in the place of honour, right next to Him.

Spirit is the part that will last forever.

The place of honour. When we actually deserve to be behind bar in hell.

EPHESIANS 2:8 AMP

For it is BY GRACE [God’s remarkable compassion and favor drawing you to Christ] that you have been saved [actually delivered from judgment and given eternal life] THROUGH FAITH.

And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [NOT THROUGH YOUR OWN EFFORT], but it is the [UNDESERVED, GRACIOUS] GIFT of GOD;

Worship is not about our voice. It is about our gratitude towards Him

God’s remarkable compassion and favour that we are saved.

EPHESIANS 2:9 AMP

not as a result of [your] works [nor your attempts to keep the Law], so that no one will [be able to] boast or take credit in any way [for his salvation].

EPHESIANS 2:10 AMP

For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set],

so that we would walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us].

When you are under grace, sin has no power over you

EPHESIANS 2:12 AMP

remember that at that time you were SEPARATED from Christ [EXCLUDED from any relationship with Him], ALIENATED from the commonwealth of Israel, and STRANGERS to the covenants of promise [with NO SHARE in the sacred Messianic promise and WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE of GOD’S AGREEMENTS], having NO HOPE [in His promise] and [living] in the world WITHOUT GOD.

We were aliens.

Before we were new creation we were gentiles.

Paul is talking about a grace so hard to understand

Our salvation and blessings come by the way of gift.

The jews don’t take it lightly on God’s Word

When you understand grace, Jesus did nor require anything from us

He will never fail the jews He will never fail us.

EPHESIANS 2:13 AMP

But NOW [at this very moment] in Christ Jesus you who once were [SO VERY] FAR AWAY [from God] have been BROUGHT NEAR by the blood of Christ.

1. YOU AND MAN

To the jews when they look into the bible, every promise of God is made real to them. (But to them they see as they need to earn it)

God don’t see you anymore as undeserving. He gives us the grace

EPHESIANS 2:14 AMP

For HE HIMSELF is OUR PEACE and OUR BOND of UNITY.

He who made both groups—[Jews and Gentiles]—into ONE BODY and broke down the barrier, the dividing wall [of spiritual antagonism between us],

Whoever goes by law will always say that person don’t deserve and i am better.

Among the body of Christ there is this thing that also divide. When we feel we are better.

We are all saved by grace.

This new life of peace.

EPHESIANS 2:15 AMP

by abolishing in His [own crucified] flesh the HOSTILITY CAUSED by THE LAW with its commandments contained in ordinances [WHICH HE SATISFIED]; so that in Himself He might make the TWO into ONE NEW MAN, thereby establishing PEACE.

Only One Person can bring peace. Jesus.

One in Christ. There is no feeling i am better than you

EPHESIANS 2:16 AMP

And [that He] might reconcile them both [Jew and Gentile, united] in one body to God through the cross, thereby putting to death the hostility.

Forgiveness of sin - accepting one another

EPHESIANS 2:17-18 AMP

And He came and preached the GOOD NEWS of PEACE to you [Gentiles] who were far away, and peace to those [Jews] who were near.

For it is through Him that we both have a [direct] way of approach in one Spirit to the Father.

EPHESIANS 2:19 AMP

So then you are no longer strangers and aliens [outsiders without rights of citizenship], but you are fellow citizens with the saints (God’s people), and are [members] of God’s household,

EPHESIANS 2:20-21 AMP

having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus Himself as the [chief] Cornerstone, in whom the whole structure is joined together, and it continues [to increase] growing into a holy temple in the Lord [a sanctuary dedicated, set apart, and sacred to the presence of the Lord].

EPHESIANS 2:22 AMP

In HIM [and in fellowship with ONE ANOTHER] you also are being built TOGETHER into a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.

Law divides

Grace unites

Self righteousness always make you feel better than the other person

Everything that is self effort to become right before God is self righteousness

COLOSSIANS 3:9-10 TPT

Lay aside your old Adam-self with its masquerade and disguise.

For you have acquired NEW CREATION LIFE which is continually being renewed into the likeness of the One who created you; giving you the full revelation of God.

Learning the bible is not to become a better christian. Is to become like Jesus

Jesus don’t see the ugly things in us.

God allows us to see our ugly things and we don’t look at others ugly thing

God is well pleased with us because we are in Him!

If we don’t receive His grace we got nothing.

COLOSSIANS 3:11 TPT

In this NEW CREATION LIFE, your NATIONALITY makes no difference, or your ETHNICITY, EDUCATION, or ECONOMIC STATUS—they matter NOTHING.

For it is CHRIST that means EVERYTHING as HE LIVES in every one of us!

COLOSSIANS 3:11 MSG

From NOW on everyone is DEFINED by CHRIST, everyone is INCLUDED in CHRIST.

Everything is in Christ.

Out of Christ means nothing

We will look at others in Christ

EPHESIANS 4:7-13 MSG

But that doesn’t mean you should all look and speak and act the same.

Out of the generosity of Christ, each of us is given his own gift.

The text for this is, He climbed the high mountain, He captured the enemy and seized the booty,

He handed it all out in GIFTS to the people.

Is it not true that the One who climbed up also climbed down, down to the valley of earth?

And the One who climbed down is the One who climbed back up, up to highest heaven.

In the spirit we are all one.

We can give grace when we receive grace

Grace is active and powerful

It will change us inside out

EPHESIANS 4:7-13 MSG

He handed out gifts above and below, filled heaven with his gifts, filled earth with his gifts.

He handed out gifts of apostle, prophet, evangelist, and pastor-teacher to TRAIN Christ’s followers in skilled servant work, working within Christ’s body, the church, UNTIL we’re all moving rhythmically and easily WITH EACH OTHER, EFFICIENT and GRACEFUL in response to God’s Son, fully MATURE adults, fully DEVELOPED within and without, fully ALIVE like CHRIST.

No one sees a person better than the other.

When we look at vertical we don’t need to compare

EPHESIANS 4:13 TPT

These grace ministries will function UNTIL we all attain ONENESS into the faith, UNTIL we all EXPERIENCE the FULLNESS of what it means to KNOW the SON of GOD, and finally WE BECOME ONE into a perfect man with the full dimensions of spiritual maturity and fully developed into the abundance of Christ.

To know the Son of God

Keep on knowing Him. It takes eternity.

EPHESIANS 4:29 KJV

Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may MINISTER GRACE unto the hearers.

EPHESIANS 4:31-32 TPT

Lay aside bitter words, temper tantrums, revenge, profanity, and insults.

But instead be KIND and AFFECTIONATE toward ONE ANOTHER.

Has God graciously forgiven you?

Then graciously forgive one another in the depths of Christ’s love.

Stop blaming. Blame Me. Jesus assume the responsibility. He took the fault.

We put Jesus to the cross.

He went to the cross for you and me.

I kill You, and yet You love me

Forgiveness is not trying.

When we go back to Christ, we see we are worse than the one whom we think is worse than us, we know we are forgiven much.

For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who RECEIVE ABUNDANCE of GRACE and of the GIFT of RIGHTEOUSNESS will REIGN in LIFE THROUGH the ONE , JESUS CHRIST .)

Romans 5:17 NKJV

Forever we still not have enough time to say how much we are thankful for Jesus

Every little thing is so precious.

We been made right when we are wrong.

Right means no more punishment

Everyday there are a lot of grace given to us.

We reign and rule in life

Self righteousness also can feel condemned.

Holy Spirit opens our eyes and heart to see the abundance of grace

Receiving His grace changes us to be able to rule and reign in Christ.

Grace change us. Is not we trying to change ourselves.

Grace and righteousness not teaching us to be good

Self righteousness is totally unacceptable to God

Transformation takes place when we receive His grace.

It is about a life of Christ naturally flows out of us.
