Then he said, “Everything I told you while I was with you comes to this:

ALL the things written about me in the Law of Moses, in the Prophets, and in the Psalms HAVE to be FULFILLED.”

LUKE 24:45-49 MSG

He went on to OPEN their UNDERSTANDING of the WORD of GOD,

showing them how to read their Bibles this way.

He said, “You can see now how it is written that the Messiah suffers, rises from the dead on the third day, and then a TOTAL LIFE-CHANGE THROUGH the FORGIVENESS of SINS is proclaimed in HIS NAME to ALL NATIONS —

STARTING from HERE, from Jerusalem!

You’re the first to hear and see it. YOU’RE the WITNESSES.

WHAT COMES NEXT is VERY IMPORTANT:

What comes after this?

This is very important

When they worship Lord they bring their gifts and offerings.

In the supernatural realm is been led by the spirit. He will lead you.

LUKE 24:45-49 MSG

I AM SENDING WHAT MY FATHER PROMISED to YOU,

so STAY HERE in the city

UNTIL HE ARRIVES,

UNTIL YOU’RE EQUIPPED with POWER FROM ON HIGH.”

ACTS 1:1-5 MSG

Dear Theophilus, in the first volume of this book I wrote on everything that Jesus began to do and teach until the day he said good-bye to the apostles, the ones he had chosen through the Holy Spirit, and was taken up to heaven.

After his death, he presented himself ALIVE to them in many different settings over a period of forty days.

ACTS 1:1-5 MSG

In face-to-face meetings, he talked to them about things concerning the KINGDOM of GOD.

As they met and ate meals together, he told them that they were on no account to leave Jerusalem but

“MUST WAIT FOR WHAT the FATHER PROMISED: the promise you heard from me.

John baptized in water; you will be baptized in the Holy Spirit.

And soon.”

Jesus tells us we are not from this earth.

Where the supernatural happens.

We become healthier than before.

Our purpose and mission is not our boss. We have a destiny.

Spiritual family

You are eternal spirit

We can stay around as a baby or go out for our destiny.

When they were together for the last time they asked,

“Master, are you going to restore the kingdom to Israel now?

Is this the time?”

He told them, “You don’t get to know the time.

Timing is the Father’s business.

What you’ll get is the HOLY SPIRIT.

ACTS 1:8 NKJV

But YOU shall RECEIVE :-

POWER [DUNAMIS] -

FORCE; specifically MIRACULOUS POWER:- (SUPERNATURAL)

ABILITY, ABUNDANCE, MIGHT, WORKER of miracles, power, STRENGTH

WHEN the HOLY SPIRIT has COME UPON YOU;

and YOU shall be WITNESSES to ME in JERUSALEM,

and in ALL JUDEA and SAMARIA ,

JERUSALEM = "set ye double peace" or City of Peace

JUDAEA = "he shall be praised"

SAMARIA = "guardianship"

a territory in Palestine, which had Samaria as its capital

We will be a witness to Him in every area of our lives.

Go take territory.

Peace of God will never leave you. But move on to praise and preach the gospel.

Guardianship is another town. Tell them. They don’t know. They have no guardians.

and unto the UTTERMOST PART of the EARTH."

UTTERMOST -

extreme

last, referring to time

of space, the uttermost part, the end, of the earth

of rank, grade of worth, last, i.e.

farthest, final (of place or time): - ends of, last, latter end, lowest, uttermost.

You will testify even to death.

You will declare you are a follower of Jesus even if they crucified you

These were His LAST WORDS

ACTS 1:9-11 NKJV

Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight.

And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, who also said,

“Men of Galilee, WHY DO YOU STAND GAZING UP INTO HEAVEN?

THIS SAME JESUS, who was taken up from you into heaven,

WILL SO COME BACK in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.”

ACTS 1:12-13 MSG

So they left the mountain called Olives and returned to Jerusalem.

It was a little over half a mile.

THEY AGREED THEY were IN THIS FOR GOOD, COMPLETELY TOGETHER in PRAYER,

the women INCLUDED.

Also Jesus’ mother, Mary, and his brothers.

ACTS 2:1 MSG

WHEN the FEAST of PENTECOST CAME,

THEY were ALL TOGETHER with ONE ACCORD in ONE PLACE.

PENTECOST - FIFTIETH day from Passover, that is, the FESTIVAL of "PENTECOST"

ACCORD - with ONE MIND, with one accord, with ONE PASSION, UNANIMOUSLY

One accord means one line. One passion

ACTS 2:2 TPT

SUDDENLY they HEARD the SOUND of a VIOLENT BLAST of WIND RUSHING into the house from out of the HEAVENLY REALM.

The ROAR of the WIND was SO OVERPOWERING it was all anyone could bear!

This power to be a witness for you

Then all at once a PILLAR of FIRE appeared before their eyes.

It separated into TONGUES of FIRE that

engulfed EACH ONE of them.

ACTS 2:4 KJV

And they were ALL FILLED with the Holy Ghost, and began to SPEAK with OTHER TONGUES, AS the SPIRIT GAVE them UTTERANCE.

and they were all FILLED with the HOLY SPIRIT, and began to speak with other Tongues, ACCORDING as the SPIRIT was GIVING THEM to DECLARE.

It is declaration. Not asking God to heal. We believe in our heart who God is. We declare we are healed.

ACTS 2:5-6 NKJV

And there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men, from every nation under heaven.

And when this sound occurred, the multitude came together, and were confused, because everyone heard them speak in his own language.

ACTS 2:11 NKJV

Cretans and Arabs—we hear them SPEAKING in our own tongues the WONDERFUL WORKS of GOD.”

WONDERFUL WORKS OF GOD -

MAGNIFICENT, EXCELLENT, SPLENDID, a conspicuous favor, or perfection:- GREAT THINGS, wonderful works.

ACTS 2:13-14 NKJV

Others mocking said, “They are full of new wine.”

But Peter, STANDING UP with the eleven, RAISED his VOICE and said to them,

“Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and heed my words.

ACTS 2:15-21 MSG

“Fellow Jews, all of you who are visiting Jerusalem, listen carefully and get this story straight.

These people aren’t drunk as some of you suspect.

They haven’t had time to get drunk—it’s only nine o’clock in the morning.

THIS IS WHAT the PROPHET JOEL announced WOULD HAPPEN:

“IN the LAST DAYS,” GOD SAYS,

“I will POUR out my SPIRIT on every kind of people:

Your sons will PROPHESY, also your daughters;

Your young men will SEE VISIONS,

your old men DREAM DREAMS.

When the time comes,

I’ll POUR out MY SPIRIT On THOSE who SERVE ME,

MEN and WOMEN both, and they’ll PROPHESY.

I’ll set wonders in the sky above and signs on the earth below, Blood and fire and billowing smoke, the sun turning black and the moon blood-red,

Before the Day of the Lord arrives, the Day tremendous and marvelous;

And WHOEVER CALLS out for help to me, God, will be SAVED.”

ACTS 2:37 NKJV

Now when they HEARD this,

they were CUT to the HEART, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Men and brethren, what shall we do?”

ACTS 2:38-39 TPT

Peter replied, “Repent and return to God, and each one of you must be baptized in the name of Jesus, the Anointed One, to have your sins removed.

Then you may TAKE HOLD of the GIFT of the HOLY SPIRIT.

For GOD’S PROMISE of the HOLY SPIRIT is FOR YOU and YOUR FAMILIES,

for those yet to be born and for everyone whom the LORD our God CALLS to HIMSELF.”

ACTS 2:41-42 MSG

THAT DAY about THREE THOUSAND TOOK HIM at HIS WORD, were baptized

and were signed up.

THEY COMMITTED themselves

TO the TEACHING of the apostles,

the LIFE TOGETHER,

the common meal,

and the prayers.

ACTS 2:43-45 MSG

EVERYONE around was in AWE —

all those WONDERS and SIGNS done through the apostles!

And ALL the BELIEVERS LIVED in a WONDERFUL HARMONY, holding EVERYTHING in COMMON.

They sold whatever they owned and pooled their resources so that each person’s need was met.

Take God as His words

ACTS 2:43-45 MSG

EVERYONE around was in AWE —

all those WONDERS and SIGNS done through the apostles!

And ALL the BELIEVERS LIVED in a WONDERFUL HARMONY, holding EVERYTHING in COMMON.

They sold whatever they owned and pooled their resources so that each person’s need was met.

ACTS 2:46-47 MSG

They followed a daily discipline of worship in the Temple followed by meals at home,

every meal a celebration,

exuberant and joyful,

as they praised God.

People in general LIKED what they SAW.

EVERY DAY their number GREW as GOD ADDED those who were saved.

JOHN 14:12 TPT

“I tell you this timeless truth:

The person who follows me in FAITH, BELIEVING in ME,

WILL DO the SAME MIGHTY MIRACLES that I do—

EVEN GREATER MIRACLES than these because I go to be with my Father!

2 CORINTHIANS 1:22 TPT

He knows WE ARE HIS since he has also stamped his seal of love over our HEARTS and

HAS GIVEN US the HOLY SPIRIT like an engagement ring is GIVEN to a bride—a DOWN PAYMENT of the BLESSINGS to COME!

There is downpayment of blessings to come.

Ask for a nation of souls.

Shine. Come together outpouring of the spirit.

I want more of You. I want the Word and power to give me power.

Preach the gospel and share. What you say come to past.

Your sons will PROPHESY, also your daughters;

Your young men will SEE VISIONS,

your old men DREAM DREAMS.

When the time comes,

I’ll POUR out MY SPIRIT On THOSE who SERVE ME,

MEN and WOMEN both, and they’ll PROPHESY.

In spiritual the gifts are for people who are hungry for it. If you want it, it will happen. If you don’t want it, nothing will happen.

Be bold and declare what you believe in.
