Death and life is in the power of the tongue.
Serve the Lord with His word and power.
Jesus is the word make flesh.
Before we can serve Jesus, we need the Holy Spirit.
The difficult verb גמל (gamal) has no proper equivalent in English.
It roughly means to INVEST, but with an emphasized specialization; it describes the completion of an EXCHANGE, TRANSITION or PERIOD of GROWTH from one situation to another one, usually to achieve a growth stage prior to maturity and usually by some kind of nutritious or formative agent infused continuously into the developing situation.
The resultant situation can either be good or bad, or pleasant or not, but it is clearly distinct and even separate from the former situation.
Investment - a deed that will give you in return
Be in money, time or energy.
God is the God of investment.
He will always repay and reward even when we don't deserve it.
When we put our time to learn the Word of God, we may not see it yet but it is in the process of going.
Likewise GAMAL is used to describe the GROWING into MATURITY of FRUITS.
A lot of people give up on the growing process.
Meditation is important because it helps to growing process.
Spirit man is a baby when we first receive Christ and need milk.
As we grow, need meat and solid food.
Meditation involves teeth.
Chew the Word - think, understand and ask for revelation
Read God's Word when we are awake.
Maturing need eating and chewing.
Time to use our teeth to chew.
Ask the Lord means wait for the Lord to tell you.
Wisdom brings wealth.
We are redeemed from poverty.
To be rich spiritually and physically.
NUMBERS 17:4-5 CEB
Then you will place them in the meeting tent in front of the chest containing the covenant, where I meet you.
The staff of the person I CHOOSE will SPROUT.
Then I will rid myself of the Israelites’ complaints that they make against you.
God choose you and you will sprout. You will bear fruit.
Fruit takes time to grow.
NUMBERS 17:8 CEB
The next day Moses entered the covenant tent, and Aaron’s staff of Levi’s household had sprouted. It grew shoots, produced blossoms, and bore almonds.
NUMBERS 17:9-11 CEB
Moses brought out all the staffs from the LORD’s presence to the Israelites.
They saw what happened, and each person took back his staff.
Then the LORD said to Moses, “Return Aaron’s staff in front of the chest containing the covenant to serve as a sign to the rebels so that their complaints against me end and they don’t die.”
Moses did exactly as the LORD commanded him.
The bellflower represents growth and transformation.
This makes it the perfect design for people who have overcome hardship and adversity and embrace a new spiritual walk of life.
Purple:
Purple in Hebrew is סגול (pronounced: sah-gol).
There is a small flower called the Jerusalem Bellflower (Hebrew: פעמונית ירושלים ) that is purple and dots the land with it’s gorgeous color and design.
PURPLE can represent ROYALTY, MAJESTY and HIGH OFFICIALS (Judges 8:26, Esther 8:15) as well as conveying the meaning of WEALTH, PROSPERITY and LUXURY (Exodus 28:5, Ezekiel 27:7, Proverbs 31:22, Song of Solomon 3:10, 7:5, Luke 16:19, Acts 16:14, Revelation 17:4, 18:12, 16).
Lydia
During his second missionary journey the Apostle Paul finds himself
in Philippi, being guided to preach the gospel in Europe by the Holy Spirit
(Acts 16:9 - 10).
On the Sabbath he meets a businesswoman named Lydia, a seller of dyes whose hometown was Thyatira (Acts 16:14).
The city of Thyatira was well known for its ability to dye cloth.
Such skills made it a prosperous trading town.
Lydia almost certainly was financially well off due to her trade,
as she owned a home both in Thyatira and Philippi (Acts 16:14 - 15).
According to the Bible, Lydia and her entire household, after listening to the Apostle Paul preach the gospel, became Christians.
Her Philippian home, made prosperous through purple, quickly becomes a gather place for fellow believers (verse 40) and the focal point for spreading the gospel in the city.
Now a certain woman named Lydia heard us.
She was a seller of purple from the city of Thyatira,
who worshiped God.
The Lord opened her HEART to heed the things spoken by Paul.
And when she and her household were baptized,
she begged us, saying, “If you have judged me to be faithful
to the Lord, come to my house and stay.”
So she persuaded us. – Acts 16:14-15
Let us open our heart and take heed. Her WORK with PURPLE fabric brought her prosperity and wealth.
The awesome part is that Lydia used her INCOME and HOMES to FURTHER the GOSPEL of JESUS!
She embody being a Proverbs 31 women!
A wise woman honours God and know how to make herself prosperous.
Now is the time. With God there is no tomorrow because God is outside time.
Everyone is to mature and blossom.
SONG OF SONGS 2:11-12 TPT
The season for SINGING and PRUNING the VINES has arrived.
I hear the cooing of doves in our land, filling the air with songs to awaken you and guide you forth.
We have been made pure in heart.
We are born again and have been given His holiness.
SONG OF SONGS 6:2 TPT
My lover has gone down into his GARDEN of delight, to the flowerbeds of spices to FEAST with those pure in heart.
SONG OF SONGS 6:3 TPT
I AM FULLY DEVOTED to my beloved, and my beloved is fully DEVOTED to ME.
A devotion to our Lord. Our spiritual husband.
How do we bear fruit in the spirit with God? It is the drawing closer to God spiritually.
Moses discovered the rod of Aaron to have BUDDED and produced flowers and was now bearing RIPENING almonds (Numbers 17:8),
and Isaiah saw perfect BUDS with grapes RIPENING in the flower right before the harvest (Isaiah 18:5).
“I AM a true SPROUTING VINE, and the farmer who tends the vine is my Father.
[I am HaGefenHaAmittit (the true vine) and HaAv of me is the Korem(VINEYARD PROPRIETOR).
YOCHANAN 15:1 TOJB2011
He cares for the branches connected to me by lifting and propping up the fruitless branches and PRUNING every fruitful branch to YIELD a GREATER HARVEST.
JOHN 15:1-2 TPT
To do business, we need the mind of Christ.
Fruits of the spirit is one of the fruits for us to bear and yield.
Without intimacy, there is no fruit.
We cannot bear spiritual fruit if we don't have intimacy with the Lord.
JOHN 15:5-6 TPT
“I AM the SPROUTING VINE and you’re my branches.
As you live in union with me as YOUR SOURCE, FRUITFULNESS will stream from WITHIN YOU—but when you live separated from me you are powerless.
If a person is separated from me, he is discarded; such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire to be burned.
Draw near to Him and He will draw near to you.
JOHN 15:7-8 TPT
But if you live in LIFE-UNION with me and if MY WORDS live POWERFULLY within YOU—then you can ask whatever you desire and it will be done.
When your lives BEAR ABUNDANT fruit, you demonstrate that you are my MATURE DISCIPLES who GLORIFY my FATHER!
