LIVING BY THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT - SESSION 8 THE MANIFESTATION OF YOUR GLORIOUS DESTINY - NOT MOTIVATED BY THE FLESH - but EMPOWERED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT TO LIVE FOR JESUS

Romans 8 is about our lives.

ROMANS 8:18 TPT

I am convinced that any suffering we endure is less than nothing compared to the MAGNITUDE of GLORY that is about to be unveiled WITHIN US.

We can be free, living not by the law. The life Jesus lives we can live on this earth because we are born again, not because we are in new sets of rules under Christianity

ROMANS 8:19 TPT

The entire universe is standing on tiptoe, yearning to see the UNVEILING of GOD’S GLORIOUS SONS and DAUGHTERS!

ROMANS 8:20-21 TPT

For against its will the universe itself has had to endure the empty futility resulting from the consequences of human sin.

But now, with eager expectation, all creation longs for freedom from its slavery to decay and to experience with us the wonderful freedom coming to God’s children.

God through Jesus Christ has given birth to a new set of people who will not decay anymore in their spirits

The spirit is in control of situations in lives

ROMANS 8:22 TPT

To this day we are aware of the universal agony and groaning of creation, as if it were in the contractions of labor for childbirth.

And it’s not just creation.

We who have already experienced the FIRSTFRUITS of the SPIRIT also inwardly groan as we passionately long to experience our full status as GOD’S SONS and DAUGHTERS—including our physical bodies being transformed.

For this is the hope of our salvation.

But hope means that we must trust and wait for what is still unseen.

For why would we need to hope for something we already have?

So because our hope is set on what is yet to be seen, we patiently keep on waiting for its fulfillment.

EMPOWERED BY HOLY SPIRIT

ROMANS 8:26 TPT

And in a similar way, the Holy Spirit takes hold of us in our human frailty to EMPOWER us in our WEAKNESS.

For example, at times we don’t even know how to pray, or know the best things to ask for.

But the HOLY SPIRIT RISES up WITHIN us to SUPER-INTERCEDE on our behalf, pleading to God with EMOTIONAL SIGHS too deep for words.

As He is, so are we in this world. We have same DNA

Our true real God and the small "g"god of this world (satan) who is acting big.

which father are you behaving like

Looking, behaving like Him

Think, look like Jesus

Our first contact is the prayer

Holy Spirit causes our spiritman to long for Jesus

The Holy Spirit praying in tongues

is like the river that flows

Anything that is not God's dream for us, it is not Him

It is either God gives us His dream for the future or the devil

If it is God's dream, He will give us the ability

Man look at the outside, God looks into our hearts

ROMANS 8:27 TPT

GOD, the SEARCHER of the HEART, knows fully our longings, yet he also understands the DESIRES of the SPIRIT,

because the HOLY SPIRIT passionately pleads before God for us, his holy ones, in perfect harmony with GOD’S PLAN and OUR DESTINY.

God sees deep inside us, and he knows our thoughts.

He understands what is in the mind of his Spirit.

When the HOLY SPIRIT PRAYS on behalf of God's people,

he prays as GOD WANTS him to pray.

Yield in the spirit

Worship in the spirit

Put in the tune and let the holy spirit takes over

ROMANS 8:28 AMPC

We are assured and know that [GOD being a PARTNER in their labor]

ALL things work together and are [FITTING into a PLAN]

- for GOOD

- to and for those who LOVE GOD and are CALLED according to [HIS] DESIGN and PURPOSE.

God gives us the desire to live according to His purpose

Naturally the flash comes out until we can follow His spirit.

ROMANS 8:28 EASY

We know that God works to help those people who love him.

HE USES EVERYTHING that happens to them to bring something GOOD.

He does this for those people that HE has CHOSEN to SERVE HIM.

God does not give up on anyone

ROMANS 8:29 EASY

God already had those people in his thoughts from the BEGINNING.

He decided that they should become like his Son.

So then, his Son would have many younger brothers and sisters.

For he knew all about us before we were born and he DESTINED us from the beginning to share the likeness of his Son.

This means the Son is the oldest among a vast FAMILY of BROTHERS and SISTERS who will BECOME just LIKE HIM.

ROMANS 8:30 TPT

HAVING DETERMINED our DESTINY ahead of time,

he called us to himself and TRANSFERRED his PERFECT RIGHTEOUSNESS to everyone he called.

And those who possess his perfect righteousness he

co-glorified with his Son!

All around us we observe a pregnant creation.

The difficult times of pain throughout the world are simply birth pangs.

But it’s not only around us; it’s within us.

The Spirit of God is arousing us within.

We’re also feeling the birth pangs.

These sterile and barren bodies of ours are yearning for full deliverance.

That is why waiting does not diminish us, any more than waiting diminishes a pregnant mother.

We are ENLARGED in the waiting.

We, of course, don’t see what is enlarging us.

But the longer we wait, the larger we become, and the more joyful our expectancy.

Wait for the inner being

Overall, Romans 8:26-27 is a profound and encouraging reminder of the HOLY SPIRIT'S role in the lives of believers.

It speaks to the universal human experience of weakness and the need for DIVINE INTERVENTION, while also emphasizing the INTIMATE and PERSONAL nature of the RELATIONSHIP between believers and the Holy Spirit.

The passage offers reassurance that our PRAYERS are heard and understood by God, and that the HOLY SPIRIT intercedes on our behalf according to GOD'S PERFECT WILL.

It is a powerful reminder of the comforting and EMPOWERING PRESENCE of the HOLY SPIRIT in the lives of believers.

Those who are MOTIVATED by the FLESH only PURSUE what BENEFITS THEMSELVES.

But those who LIVE by the impulses of the HOLY SPIRIT are motivated to PURSUE SPIRITUAL REALITIES.

DEFINITION of MOTIVATION from dictionary :-

the act or an instance of motivating, or providing with a reason to act in a certain way:

I don't understand what her motivation was for quitting her job.

Synonyms: impetus, cause, inducement, inspiration, motive

the state or condition of being motivated or having a strong reason to act or accomplish something:

We know that these students have strong motivation to learn.

something that motivates; inducement; incentive:

Clearly, the company's long-term motivation is profit.

WORLD PERSPECTIVE of MOTIVATION

Motivation is the word derived from the word ’motive’ which means needs, desires, wants or drives within the individuals.

It is the process of stimulating people to actions to accomplish the goals.

In the work goal context the psychological factors stimulating the people’s behaviour can be -

desire for money

success

recognition

job-satisfaction

team work, etc

One of the most important functions of management is to create willingness amongst the employees to perform in the best of their abilities.

Therefore the role of a leader is to arouse interest in performance of employees in their jobs.

"The process of motivation consists of three stages :-

A felt need or drive.

A stimulus in which needs have to be aroused.

When needs are satisfied, the satisfaction or accomplishment of goals.

Therefore, motivation is a psychological phenomenon which means needs and wants of the individuals have to be tackled by framing an incentive plan."
