How does God affirm us?
He speaks to us.
You are worthy in Christ.
You are My beloved child.
You are amazing.
This is affirmation and identity
Deep inside, everyone (whether introvert or extrovert) has an inherent need :-
to stand out,
to be different,
to be accepted
to be loved
to belong
to be successful.
Achieving their dreams and goals..
"I did it!"
"We did it!"
to be recognised, applauded
to be seen as successful
If succeed in above > pride, superiority complex
If fail > will eventually lead to - low self esteem,
always feeling not good enough,
inferiority complex,
jealousy,
frustration,
anger,
complacent,
lazy etc etc

The Apha Female /Male

The Beta Female /Male
The Beta female is second in a social or group hierarchy; subordinate to an alpha female but superior to an omega female.

Betas are compassionate, loving, and romantic.
Beta Male.
Described as non-confrontational, kind, loyal, and comfortable with emotional intimacy.

The Omega Female/Male
An omega female is someone who's willing to do almost anything to help friends, family, and other loved ones.
Once she's formed a connection with someone, an omega female will often hold that person very close and do what she can to make sure they're happy and feel cherished.
Omega males are generally non-competitive and do not seek to outdo others.
They are content with their achievements and do not feel the need to prove themselves.
This trait makes them appear laid-back and easygoing.
A Sigma Male/Female

A sigma female is independent, loyal, and assertive.
She doesn't follow trends or care what other people think about her.
Sigma females are charismatic, but can also be introverted and keep to themselves.
She can be a bit of a lone wolf, but she's charming and charismatic when she wants to be.
A sigma woman is very similar to a sigma man in terms of personality.

What actually took place is this: I tried keeping rules and working my head off to please God, and it didn’t work.
So I quit being a “law man” so that I could be God’s man.
CHRIST’S life showed me how, and enabled me to do it.
I IDENTIFIED myself COMPLETELY with HIM.
Indeed, I have been crucified with Christ.

My EGO is no longer central.
It is NO LONGER IMPORTANT that I APPEAR RIGHTEOUS before you or have your good opinion, and I am no longer driven to impress God.

So here’s what I want you to do, GOD HELPING YOU:
Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering.
Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him.
Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking.

Instead, FIX your ATTENTION on God.
You’ll be CHANGED from the INSIDE OUT.
Readily RECOGNIZE what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it.
Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.
